We can treat large/long products and precision parts in bulk.

Effective size
Products up to 1,300 mm (H) x 1,300 mm (W) x 1,650 mm (D) and about 1,500 kg/gross can be treated.
We can quench long products (1,000 mm and longer) in cold work die steel that other companies can't.
We offer low product distortion although it depends on the shape.
We can also perform annealing (stress relief annealing, magnetic annealing, normalizing, etc.) on large products and small precision parts.
We aim to ensure stable quality, to reduce costs and to shorten the delivery time by treating in bulk.

Our company as a whole has the maximum vacuum heat treatment capacity of 45 tons per day.
With the advantage of holding 18 vacuum heat treatment furnaces, we can perform mass and bulk treatment to cut costs down.
Our large vacuum heat treatment furnaces have the capacity to treat 3 times more by weight and 7 to 8 times more by volume compared to typical vacuum heat treatment equipment (H 600 x W 600 x L 1,050: 600 kg).
